Thai cuisine

Located on the second floor of the Harada Building, a one-minute walk from Tsukuba Express Asakusa Station near the Asakusa Rokku area, JIM JUM is a specialized Thai home-style restaurant celebrating its 10th anniversary. The shop takes its name from "jim jum," a traditional herbal clay-pot hot pot originating from northeastern Thailand (Isan).
A signature item is the Black Massaman Curry, characterized by a deep, rich flavor developed over several days of simmering. Other popular dishes include Gai Yang (Thai-style grilled chicken with a crispy exterior and juicy interior), Som Tum Gai Yang paired with spicy green papaya salad, and Pad Krapow Moo, featuring minced pork stir-fried with fresh holy basil and chilies. All meals are prepared in-house by the Thai owner using traditional recipes.
The restaurant serves authentic local cuisine in a welcoming neighborhood atmosphere.
